How can I start working with you?

You can enter your information in the "Schedule a Session" area or through the "Let's Chat" button both found on the home page. Or you can email, text or call me.

After initial contact, what happens next?

After you have identified the service/services you want, please contact me. For life coaching, organizing, and personal assisting, they are scheduled for a day and time agreed upon. Those services are paid for after the service is complete, or you can purchase hours in advance that I will keep track of. For meal plans and workout plans, I will send you a link for you to make your payment through Square via text or email. Then, after payment is received, I will create them. For meal plans, you will email me your goals, any food allergies you have, any foods you refuse to eat, and any food you desire for me to work into your meal plan. For workout plans, you will email me your goals, if you want workouts structured for home or for the gym, and inform me of any injuries you need to work around.

Where can I find your resume and professional history?

I linked my resume under the "Resume" tab at the top of my home page and drop-down menu. There is a button to the LinkedIn website on all pages of this website. LinkedIn is a site containing one's professional career experience.

Are your sessions confidential and private?

Absolutely. I do not share information with anyone regarding clients I work with in any service I offer. It is important to me that my clients know they can bring me into their life to help them in any of these areas without fear of me sharing their personal business with anyone else or fear of judgement. In my 20 - 25 years experience, I have heard and seen everything and nothing is too surprising or shocking in any manner. Be as vulnerable and share as much as you are comfortable with sharing. This is why you will not find any photos of any work or services I have provided or completed with clients, as I honor my clients' privacy with the utmost respect.
